for up to 270,000 sq ft of mixed use business space with the ability to embrace sizable pre-let/pre-sale requirements.

The planning consent gives the option
for future phases to comprise larger HQ office buildings or campus developments, depending on the requirement. The master plan gives the ability to provide self-contained schemes, each with their own identity and all enjoying fabulous views over Farnborough International Airport.
